Body Powers Gym offers workout and training programs for amateurs and all fitness enthusiasts, both male and females, and those who are looking to use boxing/kick-boxing to get in shape and improve fitness levels. Our Boxing program is comprised of one-on-one or group boxing classes that teach boxing and kick boxing basics. This includes the stance footwork, basic punches, boxing drills and a weights training program. One-on-one boxing fitness or kick boxing program prepares client to compete at the highest levels through one-hour training sessions two to three days a week. All our clients practice skills and strength training, anaerobic conditioning drills, running and much more…
Please Note: All clients for training session must have: Gloves, Wraps, Towel and Bottle of water.
